Lens Cover
I have purchased a number of Nikon cameras all with lens covers that can be tethered to eliminate loss and assist in capturing quick shots. No need to waste time finding a pocket to store the lens cover. I find it really hard that Nikon blew it here and on such a basic level. What is worse, Nikon does not even have one on its website. I seriously considered returning my new camera.

Poor design!
Why on Earth did Nikon make a lens cover that doesn´t have a spot to attach a string to it that attaches to the neck strap????? This means that you have to set the cover down every time you want to use the camera or always have pockets. POOR POOR DESIGN!!
