I understand that the priority repair feature of NPS is available to me on Nikon Professional equipment registered with Nikon Canada. I understand and agree to waive the usual estimate procedure on any priority repair I may have in the interest of time. I will, to the best of my ability, follow Nikon instructions for packaging and insuring any equipment I return for repairs. Nikon Canada reserves the right to request proof of Canadian purchase at the time of repair.
I acknowledge and agree that any equipment loaned to me is as is. There are no warranties of any kind, expressed or implied, relating to the use of performance of the equipment, and any and all such warranties are expressly disclaimed. Nikon shall not be liable for any damages including, without limitation, personal injury, property damage, lost profit or other direct, special incidental or consequential damages, arising out of this agreement or the use or inability to use the equipment. NPS privileges are non-transferable. The NPS member card will remain the property of Nikon Canada Inc. Failure to notify Nikon Canada of an address change will void membership.
I further acknowledge that Nikon Professional Services membership is a privilege and can be revoked without notice at Nikon Canadas discretion.
I agree to be fully responsible for any equipment borrowed from NPS and assume all risks and hazards until such equipment is returned and received by NPS. I further agree that title to such equipment is and shall remain the property of Nikon and that I shall indemnify and pay Nikon for any loss or damage to such equipment.
Nikon Canada does not sell, rent or trade personal information data with others.
