As an industry leader, Nikon Canada Inc. offers extended warranties on all COOLPIX digital cameras, select D-SLR* cameras, and all NIKKOR Interchangeable Lenses (including NIKKOR, AF NIKKOR and DX NIKKOR lenses) purchased through an authorized Nikon Canada dealer. Consumers enjoy added confidence knowing their investment is protected.

All Nikon COOLPIX digital cameras and select D-SLR* cameras purchased through an authorized Nikon Canada dealer are covered under a 2 year Canadian warranty against manufacturing defects, with in-Canada service. Purchasers of new SLR lenses are covered under an enhanced 5 year warranty program.

* The current list of D-SLR products covered under Nikon Canada Inc.'s 2-Year Warranty Program are: D40, D60, D80, D90, D200, D300, D300s, D700, D3000, D5000, D7000 and D3100.

Nikon products must be purchased from an authorized Nikon Canada Inc. dealer and serviced in Canada to be eligible for the warranty program.

25 Year Nikon Sport Optics Canadian Warranty*

Your new Nikon Binocular/Scope is guaranteed under the Nikon Worldwide Warranty against manufacturing defects for one year from the date of original purchase. In addition, this product is fully guaranteed by Nikon Canada Inc. against any manufacturing defect for an additional 24 years.

The Twenty-Five Year Warranty is valid only for product imported and sold by Nikon Canada through its Authorized Canadian Dealers. During this Twenty-Five Year period, repairs or adjustments will be made free of charge upon presentation of the validated “C:” portion of the International Warranty Card together with the original bill of sale at any Nikon Canada Service Depot.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by impact, water, sand, nor by accident, misuse or unauthorized repair. Transportation and insurance charges to a Nikon Canada Service Depot are the responsibility of the owner.

The warranties are in lieu of all other express or implied warranties and of any other responsibility on the part of Nikon Canada for direct, indirect or consequential damages except for obligations provided by applicable law.
